We'll make sure everything's just right:
Damage in transit
We will always handle and package your goods with the utmost care. If, however, damage occurs in transit, we will quickly replace any defective products without any hassle.
Delays in delivery
If your goods go missing, we will immediately contact our forwarding agent to provide proof of delivery or package tracking documentation. The missing consignment will be tracked down as soon as possible and the delivery rerouted to the right recipient.
If the quantity delivered is not the same as the quantity ordered, we will pick up any excess items or send out any missing ones. This service is, of course, free of charge to you.
If a claim becomes necessary for PV components under warranty, we will help you make the necessary arrangements with the manufacturer, to quickly get your system back up and running as it should be.
We will replace defective products immediately, not only if they have been damaged in transit but also in the event of product defects.
If you would like to have products picked up, we would be happy to arrange for our forwarding agent to do so. If the reason for the product being returned falls under the responsibility of Krannich Solar, we will, of course, cover any transport costs.
Technical service for installation issues
If you need any technical information or are having problems with your system, we would be happy to assist. We can help troubleshoot a problem or act as a point of contact between you and the manufacturer in the event of warranty issues.
